Daily Program Includes:

1 ˝ hr On Ice UltraSkills Session including, power skating, puckhandling, passing, individual and team tactics
1 hr On Ice Goal scoring techniques & skill session including, shooting, deking, tip-ins a wrap-arounds, etc. 
Dynamic off ice sessions to develop hockey speed, quickness, agility and power

OUR GOALTENDING PROGRAM

• Specialized instruction for goalies during the regular ice sessions PLUS
• 1 hr Extra Ice Goalie Session daily
   (12:15pm-1:15 pm)
• Lots of One on One instruction

Four qualified goaltending instructors on staff lead by David Jamieson-Women's National Team Goaltending Coach for the last 5 years.

High Quality Instruction In:

• Skating, mobility, recovery, positioning and angles, rebound control, timing and   recovery
• Technique including butterfly, half butterfly, split butterfly
• Specific game situations including break  aways, screen shots, wraparounds, deflections and puck control
